Location – Bhayandar 5 Days working rotational shifts and week offs
Preferred- Male/ female both.
Overview: We are seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Technician to join our support team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our staff and ensure a seamless IT experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with account management, including password resets and access requests.
- Maintain and update documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- Provide support for networking issues, including connectivity problems and VPN setup.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems and software applications.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
