Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to manage training programs within the K12
education domain. The ideal candidate will identify training needs, design comprehensive training
frameworks, develop engaging training content, and execute assessments to drive performance and
learning outcomes. The role involves strategic training interventions across various levels of the
education system and frequent travel across India.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Needs Identification:
- Conduct in-depth training needs assessments in collaboration with key stakeholders (school leaders,
educators, administrators).
- Analyze gaps in existing training processes and recommend solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and evolving education practices to align training programs
accordingly.
2. Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
- Collect and analyze data through surveys, focus groups, interviews, and performance metrics.
- Develop reports and recommendations based on TNA findings to prioritize training efforts.
- Tailor training programs to address identified gaps, keeping learner engagement and effectiveness
at the forefront.
3. Training Design & Framework:
- Design and develop customized training frameworks and modules, ensuring they align with
organizational goals and educational standards.
- Implement diverse methodologies (workshops, e-learning, blended learning) to suit various learning
environments and teacher needs.
- Curate content that is pedagogically sound, practical, and easily implemented in classrooms.
4. Research & Development of Training Content:
- Conduct continuous research to keep training materials current with the latest educational

innovations, teaching methodologies, and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and refine training content.
- Design training materials that accommodate diverse learning styles and teacher profiles.
5. Assessment & Learner Analytics:
- Develop and administer pre-training and post-training assessments to measure learning
effectiveness.
- Utilize data from assessments to refine and improve training content and delivery.
- Generate learner analytics reports to provide insights on individual and group learning outcomes,
progress, and skill gaps.
6. Training Delivery:
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for educators and administrators at schools and
regional hubs.
- Ensure consistent quality and effectiveness of training programs through ongoing evaluation and
feedback.
7. Travel & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Willing to travel Pan India to ensure effective training implementation and follow-up across all
regional schools.
- Collaborate with school leadership teams to ensure training initiatives align with school
improvement plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Training, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in training design, delivery, and management within the K12 education
sector.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, assessment strategies, and training needs analysis.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel extensively across India (up to 50% of the time).
Proficiency in learner analytics tools, LMS platforms, and training software.
