Job Description:

Job Purpose:
Drive business growth by delivering comprehensive training programs to franchisees, empowering them to become self-reliant and proficient in broking operations. Enhance their knowledge to navigate complexities, ensuring they are adept at addressing client needs without being hindered by basic issues.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:
 Hand hold & support to new business partners at the initial stage of Sign off
 To guide them on Do’s & Don’ts about MOFSL policy
 To train business partners on Broking operations related processes
(DP, Banking, RMS, Account Opening etc)
 To achieve monthly training targets & maintain MIS
 Engaging business partners with E- Learning Initiatives
 Aligning to the training needs of the mapped business functions

Required Skills:

 Minimum 2 yrs. of experience in Broking Background. Experience in
broking operations would be added advantage
 Bachelor's degree in BMS, BFM or a related field. Relevant certifications
in training and development will be a plus
 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to
adapt the training approach to diverse audiences
