Job Purpose:

As an Alliance Business & Product Trainer, you will play a vital role in equippingour alliance partners & employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively represent and promote our products and solutions. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop comprehensive training programs that empower our partners to succeed in their roles. The primary focus of this role will be on providing product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights to enhance the capabilities of our alliance partners, driving mutual growth and
succes.

Job Role:

1. Handholding the New employees, ensuring their productivity and focus on Attrition control
2. Conducting Training for internal Employees on products, process and skill
development
3. Providing Training to the Alliance Banks Employees Advisory & Sales
4. Sharing information about Equity, Derivative’s, TPP, Commodities &
currency
5. Engaging Trainees with eLearning and digital marketing
6. It require will travel to branch pan India for training.

Required Skills:

o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in training and development will be a plus.
o Strong understanding of sales techniques, product marketing, and partner enablement strategies.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt the training approach to diverse audiences.
o Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
o Proficiency in using training tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia software.
o Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
o Flexibility to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions or partner meeting.
