Job Description:
Job Purpose:
Debt Trainer will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of comprehensive training programs for the Fixed Income Department. The individual in this role ensures that all training activities align with the organization’s objectives and the specific needs of the business unit, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Job Role:
Development and execution of a comprehensive Training Need Analysis
(TNA) to systematically identify skill gaps and training requirements
across the IT Department.
Creation and delivery of innovative and effective training programs, using
both traditional and modern training methodologies, to address identified
needs.
Leadership in the implementation and adoption of the e-learning
platform "Paathshala," ensuring its effective use across the department.
Direct involvement in conducting training sessions, particularly for leaders,
to facilitate knowledge transfer and enhance leadership capabilities.
Regular interaction with stakeholders through reviews to understand
evolving business needs, ensuring training initiatives remain aligned and
responsive.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal partners and
stakeholders to support the successful implementation of training
Skills Required:
Graduate/PC in any stream
A minimum of 7 years of experience in the industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the
ability to engage and motivate leaders and teams.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
