Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our furniture sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, experience in the furniture industry, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Your primary role will be to drive sales growth by identifying potential customers, engaging them, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive furniture sales by identifying, approaching, and converting potential clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and new customer segments.
• Present and demonstrate furniture products to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and eco-friendly aspects.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of furniture.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable furniture solutions.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals.
• Basic understanding of sustainable practices and eco-friendly products is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales CRM software is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Pan India for client meetings and presentations.
