Job Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager to drive sales of Ecoboard in furniture markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
You will focus on expanding our customer base and enhancing relationships with existing customers, who are currently using MDF, PB and Ply with furniture OEM’s etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities for panels.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and customer referrals.
- Visit potential customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement with customers and closing deals.
• Client Relationship Management:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Product Knowledge & Presentations:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the warehouse and building materials products.
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
- Keep up-to-date with product features, advantages, and benefits.
• Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and MIS report weekly forecasts.
- Maintain updated records of sales, customer contacts, and inventory in CRM.

Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Furniture industry.
2. Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics related to warehouse and building materials.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
7. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
Education:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
