Job Description:

Responsible for driving sales and growth of Working Capital Loans in your designated area through the Branch Channel. Manage a team of Relationship Managers and their team in sourcing loans and handling the existing customer service and renewals. You will be a creative problem solver, finding solutions to help the RM's achieve their goals. 

 

Job Description

 

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability of working capital loan products.
  2. Ensure the Relationship Manager's productivity 
  3. Strengthen the branch channel relationship to ensure a steady flow of leads
  4. Ensure New to Bank Customers Loans, New Loans and Renewals
  5. Existing customer service and complaints.
  6. Maintain a good rapport with loan operations and credit department 
  7. Ensure the TAT in loan disbursal.
  8. Activation of inactive accounts
  9. Overall responsible for the total P&L of the region's Working Capital Loans Business
