Please note that the position is for a fixed tenure of 1 year.
KRA-
• Constraint delivery for E-com, in coordination with CKAMs • Supply Chain ownership • Delivery coordination between e-commerce accounts and CFA • Fill rate tracking and stock movements for the respective CFAs and linked accounts • Tracking and improving regional stock replication (marketplaces) and in-stock (eGrocery) • Building business from Indirect locations/Tracking FR • Timely PO generation/appointments/coordination with customers for delivery • Delivery Coordination b/n CFA & Distributors & e com customers
• Maximizing business opportunities • Building business in indirect locations – improving fill rates from DBs, PO raising, delivery • Management of emerging long-tail accounts • Payments from 3P sellers • Relationship building • Maintaining connects with the regional buyers in the accounts • Primary POC for regional stock concerns, escalations from accounts • Relationship management with 3P sellers/regional buyers • Primary POC for operational issues from the accounts

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS |
Essential |
• Tier 2 MBA college or equivalent work-experience • Core Sales and Operations experience, exposure to Ecommerce will be a plus. • Key Account management (TSI) experience will be a plus |
