Payment & Process Head - CREM - Mumbai
Job Description:
Executive Summary: • The Function reports into National Manager- BIU, CREM. • Manage, Pre-audit vertical Head and Zonal teams processing payments • Ensure/showcase your expertise in payment systems, industry regulations, and fraud prevention to ensure seamless and secure payment transactions • Proactively supporting CREM Business Unit in tactical and strategic decision for Payments being managed by the Dept. • Create & keep track of several KPIs in order to evaluate the efficiency of the selected strategy • If you have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • This position require travel across Zonal.
In this role, you will:
• Pre-audit/ Process payments promptly and accurately using established procedures • Ensure compliance with payment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Analyse payment trends and identify areas for improvement in payment processes • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Internal/external customers, providing exceptional customer service • Train and mentor zonal team members on payment processing procedures and best practices • Reporting for the vertical. • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in payment systems and technologies • The candidate should have hands on experience in payment processing, Budget variance analysis and internal audit. • New Initiatives and Projects. • Process Improvement with competitive benchmarking.
