Job Description:
Design / transform existing process across Consumer Bank – Branch Banking Division
Liaisoning with stakeholders like Compliance / Risk / Product / Legal / OPS etc. to gather information.
Identification and Review of existing processes for revision / updation.
Providing tailor made solution to Branches for specific business requirements.
Provide assistance to product / operations /management.
The team member will be responsible for ensuring that customer requests for deceased claim settlement are closed
within defined TAT of Bank
Any process / policies impacting Retails Liabilities customers will have to be routed through this Team.
Handling query desk for quick resolution of queries / clarifications raised by channel
Excellent written and oral communication skills
In depth knowledge about Branch Banking Products and processes
Knowledge about Deceased claim & other Branch operations led process is mandatory
Summary recommendations from SMEs for process improvements and other findings
Should be able to think proactively for process changes from Business Process Re-engineering perspective
Should be aware of competitive practices as well as customer journey map
Knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines
Strong Communication skills
Assertive attitude
Good analytical skills & eye for details
Keen eye for market intelligence and competition.
