Role & Responsibilities |

Incentive Payout Calculation - Work closely with business stakeholders to drive accurate and timely monthly business incentive payout calculation. |

Merit Planning Support - Supports the planning and execution of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual merit planning process. |
3 |
Performance Reporting - Supporting Function Heads with timely assistance of performance insights of each function. |
4 |
Budget & Cost Management - Work closely with Finance Team to create AOP budget & monthly provision of manpower cost |
5 |
Employee Grievance Resolution - Resolution of employee grievances related to monthly/quarterly/annual PMS |
6 |
PIP Analysis - Monthly/Quarterly Performance analysis for Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) |
7 |
Policy Adherence & Implementation - Administrative oversight in implementation of HR policy in business incentive calculation |
