Job Description:

Job Title: HR Assistant Manage

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to support our HR team. The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, benefits administration and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations

  • Provide support to the HR Manager in planning, organizing and implementing HR initiatives.
  • Manage employee data, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programs.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation and exit processes.

Employee Relations

  • Foster positive employee relationships, address concerns and resolve conflicts.
  • Conduct investigations, mediate disputes and provide counseling.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Recruitment and Selection

  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies, job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments and selection processes.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs, design and deliver workshops/seminars.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems.
  • Coordinate leadership development programs.

Benefits Administration

  • Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
  • Communicate benefits information to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations.

Compliance

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement compliance procedures.

Other Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR metrics, provide insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in special projects, such as organizational development initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
