Job Description:
Job Title: HR Assistant Manage
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to support our HR team. The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, benefits administration and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations

Provide support to the HR Manager in planning, organizing and implementing HR initiatives.

Manage employee data, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programs.

Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation and exit processes.
Employee Relations
-
Foster positive employee relationships, address concerns and resolve conflicts.

Conduct investigations, mediate disputes and provide counseling.

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Recruitment and Selection
-
Assist in developing recruitment strategies, job descriptions and advertisements.

Coordinate interviews, assessments and selection processes.
-
Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations.
Training and Development
-
Identify training needs, design and deliver workshops/seminars.

Develop and implement performance management systems.
-
Coordinate leadership development programs.
Benefits Administration
-
Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).

Communicate benefits information to employees.

Ensure compliance with benefits regulations.
Compliance
-
Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations and company policies.

Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement compliance procedures.
Other Responsibilities

Analyze HR metrics, provide insights and recommendations.

Participate in special projects, such as organizational development initiatives.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
