HR RM - Customer Experience center

Position Grade

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources with a minimum of 8 years of HR RM experience to join our dynamic team. The HR RM will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals. This role will involve providing guidance and support in areas such as employee relations, attrition management, retention strategy, performance management, talent development and Org. effectiveness

Job Role

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate business leaders to understand key business challenges and opportunities, and develop HR strategies that drive Org. performances

· Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employee on HR related matters, including workforce planning, employee engagement and succession planning

· Manage and resolve complex employee relation issues by conducting thorough investigations and providing appropriate guidance

· Lead performance review processes, offering advice on setting goals, providing feedback, and developing employees to meet their full potential

· Coach Managers on effective leadership and management practices, supporting them in handling underperformance, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.

· Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, facilitate internal mobility and ensure a strong pipeline for key roles

· Support business transformation efforts by implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and employee buy-in

· Drive org. development initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

· Promote and advocate for diversity equity and inclusion in all HR practices

· Grip of attrition and it’s reason with proactive retention strategy in place and getting it implement on the ground so the visible changes can be described

· Liaison with HR COEs & business to drive the talent management initiatives through various learning and development, career management and succession planning initiatives

· MBA in HR with minimum 8 Yrs. Of experience

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Objective & Analytical skills

· Market orientation of HR trend

· To develop accurate objective assessments and execution of the same

· Ability to influence and manage relationships & multitasking

· Must be very good in MS Excel & MS PPT
