• Execution Planning: Plan and execute all Project operation and maintenance activities assigned, ensuring the maintenance of various parameters during project operation in the respective area. • Copper Project or Copper Plant Operation : The Copper Induction Furnace & Associated Facility experience is mandatory requirements. • Technical Review: Review technical specifications of the 2x5 Ton copper induction furnace project with associated facilities, including plate mill, continuous caster, rolling mill, and plant utility system. • Project Management: Align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate results. Presentations Skills mandatory. • Project Scheduling: Prepare project schedules, monitor, and update them regularly. • Drawing Preparation & Review: Use AutoCAD for the preparation of drawings and review. • Coordination: Plan, work, and coordinate with superiors for various activities at the factory premises. Coordinate with various contractors involved in the project. • Preparation of Contracts: The contract drafting should have extra advantage. Desired Profile: • Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgy, English Speaking Must. • Experience: Include a biodata with a photo, highlighting previous working experience in a similar kind of project. Soft spoken • Work Ethic: Comfortable with work and previous similar experience is mandatory. • Working Hours: Duty time shall be 10 to 12 hours on a daily basis; no overtime shall be paid. Sunday shall be weekly off. • Gender Preference: Male and female candidates shall be preferred. • Nationality Preference: Indian candidates shall be preferred. Visa & Travel Formalities: • Travel Expenses: Only Joining Travel costs shall be borne by the company from Mumbai Airport to Dubai. • Visa Expenses: UAE visa-related expenses shall be borne by the company. • Contract Duration: 2 years rotation contract. • Payment: Payment shall be directly made by the company to the employee.
