Application Engineer - Smart Solutions

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Application Engineer to join our Smart Solutions Department. Smart Solutions Department specialises in Industrial Robot & IML (In-Mould Labelling) & Auxiliary Equipment (Hot Air Dryer, Auto Loaders, Dehumidified Air Dryers, Mould Temperature Controllers) for injection Moulding Machines, Smart Factories & IOT Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement application solutions for industrial robots and auxiliary equipment.
• Assist in optimizing smart factory solutions and IoT integrations for injection molding processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Analyze system performance and efficiency, delivering actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare and present technical documentation and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to smart solutions and injection molding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Mechatronics.
• 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in application engineering or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills with a good theoretical foundation and a practical execution orientation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and smart factory technologies is advantageous.
