Job Description:

The Service Engineer will handle the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial robots, in-mould labeling (IML) systems, and auxiliary equipment for injection molding machines. The role also includes supporting smart factory and IoT solutions to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and service industrial robots, IML systems, and auxiliary equipment.
Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and maintenance support.
Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
Assist clients with technical issues related to smart factory and IoT solutions.
Train customers on the use and maintenance of equipment.
Document service activities, including repairs and diagnostics.
Work with the application engineering and R&D teams to relay customer feedback.
Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure timely issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EEE) or Mechatronics.
Experience: 0-2 years in industrial robotics, IML systems, auxiliary equipment, or IoT solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues quickly.
Hands-on experience with electrical systems and basic mechanical knowledge.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to travel for on-site support.
