CTC: ₹1.80 LPA - ₹2.40 LPA + Incentives
Experience: 1-3 years in Sales and Lead Generation
Qualification: Minimum Class 12 (Higher qualifications will be a plus)

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the automobile industry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, generating business leads, and fostering customer relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Actively prospect new customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide detailed information about our automobile products, features, and pricing.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for prospective buyers to enhance their understanding and interest in the products.
  • Sales Negotiation: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on existing leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects. Ensure that leads are converted into successful sales.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Regularly update the sales manager on targets and achievements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to achieve collective sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Class 12 qualification (Higher qualification in any field is a plus).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to generate leads, build customer relationships, and close sales.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
    • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
