Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Management:

Collect, organize, and manage data from various departments or business units.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data being entered into the MIS.
Perform data cleansing to maintain data quality and consistency.
Report Generation:

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports based on management’s requirements.
Create, maintain, and update dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance.
Ensure reports are tailored to meet the needs of different departments or stakeholders.
Data Analysis:

Analyze trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics to provide actionable insights.
Interpret data to support business decisions, operational improvements, and strategies.
Highlight discrepancies and anomalies in data sets to ensure accuracy.
System Maintenance & Support:

Ensure proper functioning of the MIS software and systems.
Work closely with IT or technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
Provide technical support and training to internal users on the MIS system.
Collaboration with Departments:

Liaise with various departments (e.g., Finance, Sales, HR, Operations) to gather required data and reporting needs.
Assist in the automation of report generation and data collection processes to increase efficiency.
Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze business performance against set targets or goals.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to help improve performance.
Data Presentation:

Present findings in a clear, concise, and understandable format for management and other stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, graphs, charts, and other visual aids to support data-driven decision-making.
Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure that all data handling, reporting, and documentation comply with organizational policies and data privacy regulations.
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of processes, methodologies, and reporting systems.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas of improvement within the MIS system and suggest enhancements.
Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and technologies to improve the MIS functionality.
