Job Description:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: min 3 to 5 yrs experience in sales, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
Work location: Talegaon Dabhade in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the packaging industry, targeting potential clients in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, using various lead generation methods including networking, cold calling, and online research.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their packaging needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for client queries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Product Knowledge and Consultation:
Stay up-to-date on all products and services offered by the company, including packaging materials, designs, and environmental sustainability options.
Provide expert consultation to clients on packaging options and trends, advising them on the most effective packaging solutions to meet their business needs.

Sales Strategy and Targets:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the sales manager to set achievable sales goals and contribute to team objectives.

Market Research and Reporting:
Conduct regular market research to understand customer demands, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients, ensuring a balance between customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Close sales and follow up on after-sales service to ensure repeat business and customer referrals.

Personal skills:
Strong knowledge of packaging products and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
