Job Description:

We are hiring for Facility Coordinator candidates

 

Job description:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations for the office, helps with standard work instructions
  • Provide administrative assistance to the assigned facility / Centers. (This may include typing, data entry, updating spreadsheets, assistance in agreement making and printing.)
  • Responsible for receiving visitors / Clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as catering, cleaning, parking, security, and technology (Internet)
  • Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance – (Cleanliness, HVAC, Lightings, Plumbing, Internet,.etc.)
  • Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
  • Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements.
  • Maintains employee and department records and documents
  • Documents and communicates action plan, irregularities, and continuing needs maintain continuity among work teams
  • Handles outgoing mails and incoming mails
  • Helping with office relocations / Client On-boarding and Dealing with emergencies as they arise
  • Vendor Management, Petty cash maintenance, Invoice update and follow-up
  • Assist Sales team and central team as and when required.
  • Stock maintenance – HK material / Office Stationary / Pantry Consumables

 

Skills required:

  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Must have knowledge in spreadsheets, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work as a part of a team.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowing English language is an added advantage
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the workplace.

 

Qualification:

  • Any Graduation
