The role of a Dealership Manager in the home interior industry, particularly with a focus on marketing and handling dealerships across India, would entail the following responsibilities:

Role Summary:

The Dealership Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the dealership network across India. This position involves strategic planning, marketing, and execution to strengthen the brand's presence and boost sales within the home interior market, focusing on products such as furniture, decor, wallpaper, and other home lifestyle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dealership Network Development:

    • Identify potential regions for new dealership opportunities.
    • Recruit, onboard, and set up new dealerships to expand the company’s reach.
    • Ensure that dealerships meet company standards for display, service, and overall brand representation.
  2. Sales and Revenue Growth:

    • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales through dealership channels, setting and monitoring targets for each region.
    • Coordinate with dealerships to implement promotional offers, discounts, and marketing initiatives.
    • Track sales performance of each dealership, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to meet growth targets.
  3. Marketing and Brand Management:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific campaigns, promotions, and materials.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all dealerships.
    • Plan and execute marketing strategies tailored to the home interior industry, focusing on consumer needs and market trends.
  4. Relationship Management:

    • Build strong relationships with dealership owners and managers to foster trust and loyalty.
    • Conduct regular visits and reviews to ensure dealerships adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Address and resolve any conflicts, issues, or concerns that arise within the dealership network.
  5. Product Training and Support:

    • Organize product knowledge and marketing skills training for dealership staff.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealerships on new product lines and features.
    • Ensure dealerships are well-informed on product specifications, industry trends, and customer engagement strategies.
  6. Market Analysis and Competitor Benchmarking:

    • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the home interior space.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for product development or marketing changes based on market research.
    • Use insights to enhance the dealership’s performance and ensure competitiveness in the market.
  7. Reporting and Strategy Development:

    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on dealership performance, market feedback, and areas of improvement.
    • Develop strategic plans to enhance dealership performance and expand market share.
    • Present insights and updates to senior management, highlighting successes and recommending actions to overcome challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
