Position Title: Regional Manager Sales – CPD

No. of Position: 1
Job Location: Mumbai

Grade: M1
Gender: Male Age: 35 to 40 Years
Total Experience Required: 12 - 15 years

Travel Required: Yes
Region to handle: West Zone of India

Position would be reporting to: All India Head – CPD

Education Essential & Preferred: Graduate with 12+ years’ experience in back ground in Toys, Sports, Crockery, Steel, Appliances or FMCG industry.

Job Description:

  • To generate requirement for the product by meeting perspective client, and discussing with them about the product, its quality and benefits.
  • Relationship management with key Customers / Dealers.
  • New Market Development
  • Good knowledge of marketing activities such as scheme, loyalty programes, Marketing Apps.
  • Selling new products/Current products for new application by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends & results.
  • Implementing sales plan and establishing sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual plan for new
  • products/Current products /New Applications with market research.
  • Appointment of Distributors and Dealers
  • Meet sales and collection targets on monthly basis
  • Demand Forecast and Planning
  • Collection of Pending statutory forms.
  • To understand customer requirements with respect to product and service and ensure same is met in co-ordination with plant.
  • Co-coordinating with factory and distribution team to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Demonstration of the product, presentations to target audience
  • To prepare and submit quotation & negotiation.
  • Development of MIS & Budgeting
  • Keeping close watch on Competitors activities.
  • Managing, Guiding and Training of existing team and also build team for effective coverage of the territory.
  • Techno commercial skills will be an added advantage.

Specific Skills - Sales planning, building relationships, managing processes market knowledge and negotiation.

Soft Skills: He would be a smart person with good in leadership abilities, analytical, comprehension and communication and selling skills
