Position - Deputy Manager / Manager - Human Resources

Salary: Basis current package and caliber
Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR with atleast 3 years in managerial role.


6 days working with Monday as a weekly Off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inductions for new employees
  • Manage employee onboarding and exit processes
  • Assist with various departments to meet manpower requirements
  • Build relationships with ITI institutes for talent sourcing
  • Design HR policies
  • Drive HR of the organization with introducing employee centric polices & processes
  • Work closely with management on sharing employee feedback
  • Create a new Performance Management System
  • Lead performance reviews
  • Supervise on employee record maintenance
  • Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary procedures
  • Assist in compliance with labor laws
  • Build company image on Employee review website & social media


Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficient in labor laws, including the Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, and Employee Compensation Act.

- Experience with labor licensing and Factory License Act requirements.

- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, particularly in relation to employee health, safety, and welfare.

- Expertise in designing and implementing HR policies and performance management frameworks.

- Familiar with HRIS and employee record management software.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing cross-departmental HR needs.
