Media Manager based at Mumbai for QSR
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy Development
Craft and implement comprehensive media plans that align with the brand’s
objectives and effectively target the intended audience.
Develop and manage a mix of digital and traditional media campaigns aimed
at increasing brand awareness and driving customer engagement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure media strategies are integrated
with broader marketing goals.
Campaign Management
Oversee the full lifecycle of media campaigns, including paid advertising,
social media, and content partnerships, from planning to execution.
Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to create engaging
campaign assets.
Track campaign budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure
objectives are met.
Social Media Management
Build and expand the company’s social media presence across various
platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Develop compelling content strategies to enhance audience interaction and
grow follower counts.
Engage with customers on social media, managing interactions to maintain a
positive brand image.
Agency and Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with external media and PR agencies to execute campaigns,
including media buying, content creation, and distribution.
Monitor and evaluate agency performance, ensuring high-quality outputs and
cost-efficiency.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze media campaign performance data to optimize current efforts and
inform future initiatives.
Generate regular performance reports, providing insights on campaign ROI
and actionable recommendations for management.
Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics, identify patterns, and guide
strategic decisions.
Brand Management
Ensure a consistent brand voice is maintained across all media channels.
Align all content with brand guidelines, ensuring it resonates effectively with
the target audience.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in media planning, media buying, or social media
management.
Proficiency with media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout
Social).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize spending across media channels.
