Sales Executives

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Key account Management : Manage existing Key accounts and win new key accounts, Regular engagement with key accounts by stake holder mapping and building relations ships, Understand OEM process and applications and provide solutions using CGAPL Products. Manage demand and supply by collaborating with Customer and internal Team.
  • Dealer management : Manage the existing channel network and to expand the network by adding new Dealers, in uncovered areas/ territory. Work with Dealers closely to drive secondary sales by adding new customers and applications, Drive Dealer programs – Incentive Schemes, Product Training,
  • Participate in the entire sales process – Customer Identification, Need Mapping, Identifying solutions using CGAPL Products, Product qualification, Opportunity closure through commercial negotiation. Forecasting demand, order booking, collaborating with plant to drive on time supplies, ontime payment collection, quick resolution of customer issues.
  • Industry Mapping : Identify all Players in Pre identified Market segments in the respective territory, map competition activity, new developments in the segments, generate market Intelligence and communicate back to HO
  • Reports : Create , Update and Submit Opportunity pipelines, Rolling Forecast, Sales Plan, Collection Plan on regular basis
  • Key Deliverables : Sales , Collections, New business closed, new applications developed, New customers won.

Required:

  • Graduate with 2+ years of experience
  • Background In Industrial Product Sales, and Retail Channel sales
  • Must have skills : operational knowledge of excel , Power point presentation.
  • Must excel in competitive situations with go getter approach.

 

Preferred :

Worked in Sales for Tapes/ abrasives/ Industrial retail
