Job Description:

 

  • Product Management for new age Digital products ; managing P&L, creating product roadmap, creating go-to-market strategies, product marketing, fintech tie ups and managing risks
  • Competition benchmarking, scouting  Fintech ecosystem and remaining  updated with emerging trends in bankin/fintech, to conceptualize executable ideas and present it to management
  • Role will require developing product propositions for key segments like Mutual funds, B2B etc. Role will require the product manager to deep dive into key industry segments by meeting key industry clients to understand the workings and key problem statements and map our existing set of CMS products and solutions to solve client needs. The role will involve working cross functionally with other product teams to carve out and build a proposition for these segments and drive the category adoption through close interaction with relationship teams.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
  • Spot opportunities in the market, along with the relationship team, to target companies, industries and sectors and sell suitable product offering for them
  • Interaction with potential customers to understand the technical requirement for system integration for TBG products / services
  • Structure transactions, win the mandate and assist team in formulating transaction pricing to ensure revenue commensurate with risks and administrative efforts
  • Ensure desired penetration of the product in the market by the relationship team by providing marketing support, visibility campaigns and brand presence

 

  • Knowledge in payables and receivable management is preferred.
  • Understanding of one or more of CMS products like NACH, BBPS, UPI, virtual accounts, payment gateway is preferred.
  • Preferably 5-10 years of post MBA experience in CMS product sales or product management or mutual fund space (digital payments side)
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably a B-Tech and preferably MBA Degree
