Job Description

  1. Research and analyze scientific literature to stay current on developments in relevant fields. 
  2. Write and edit scientific content for various purposes including articles, blogs, website, emailers, video storyboards and marketing plus printing materials. 
  3. Collaborate with researchers, subject matter experts, and other team members to ensure accuracy and clarity of scientific content.
  4. Translate complex scientific concepts into clear and accessible language for diverse audiences.
  5. Ensure that all written materials adhere to established scientific standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
  7. Assist with the preparation of presentations, posters, and other materials for scientific conferences and meetings.
  8. Contribute to the development of scientific communication strategies and initiatives.
  9. Stay informed about trends and advancements in scientific writing, API drugs, pharmaceutical, and communication.
  10. Ensuring content is user friendly and key-worded for SEO benefit.
  11. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

1.Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) preferred.

2.Proven experience in scientific, pharmaceutical writing and communication, preferably in an academic or research setting.

3.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.

4.Strong understanding of scientific research methodologies and principles.

5.Ability to critically evaluate scientific literature and synthesize information from multiple sources.

6.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

7.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

8.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

9.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

10.Familiarity with scientific publishing standards and guidelines (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago).

11.Understanding of working for social and digital channels along with SEO friendliness
