Job Description:
Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance/Foreman/Sr. Engineer (CWD)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance/Foreman/Sr. Engineer (CWD) to oversee the mechanical maintenance activities of our Cement Works Department (CWD). The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Maintenance:

Plan, schedule, and supervise mechanical maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.

Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of mechanical equipment, including crushers, kilns, mills, conveyors, and other plant machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.

Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs, including condition monitoring and vibration analysis.
Foreman Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.

Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production, quality) to ensure alignment and optimal plant performance.
Senior Engineer Responsibilities:

Develop and implement mechanical engineering solutions to improve plant performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Conduct feasibility studies, design modifications, and implement upgrades to mechanical systems.

Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to procure mechanical equipment and services.
CWD Specific Responsibilities:
-
Oversee mechanical maintenance of cement plant equipment, including pyroprocessing, grinding, and packing systems.

Ensure optimal performance of CWD equipment, including raw material handling, kiln, and cement mill systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve CWD-related issues, including process disturbances and equipment failures.
