Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Rolling Mill)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage and maintain the electrical systems and equipment of our Rolling Mill. The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of electrical systems, and provide technical support to production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical System Management:

Design, develop, and implement electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and automation.

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
Rolling Mill Specific Responsibilities:

Maintain and optimize electrical systems for rolling mill equipment, including motors, drives, and control systems.

Collaborate with production teams to optimize rolling mill operations and improve productivity.

Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives.

Ensure electrical systems comply with rolling mill safety standards.
Maintenance and Repair:

Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for electrical equipment.

Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of electrical equipment.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for electrical services.
Technical Support:

Provide technical guidance to production teams on electrical systems and equipment.

Develop and implement training programs for electrical personnel.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., mechanical, instrumentation) to resolve interdisciplinary issues.
Project Management:

Manage electrical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for project execution.
