Job Description:

 Sales Analysis for the Region
 Identifying the potential markets and applications and focusing our resources to these areas.
 Competition Gap Analysis – Collecting of Competitor Information from the market and analyzing the same.
 Enquiry/ Lead Management in the Region
 Organizing Training Program for the New Employee
 Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with the Material manufacturers, Machine Builders,
Consultants etc.,
 Preparation of the Sales Plan and effectively implementing the same
 Review of the performance of the Sales Executives
 Guiding & Supporting the Sales Executives in the Region in their work
 Management of all Administration work at the Branches
 Reporting of Sales, Collection, C-Form Status & Other developments at the Branches
 Organizing Promotional Activities such as Exhibitions & Seminars
