Job Description:
  • Process Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize the production process for viscose staple fiber, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical issues that arise in the production process.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure that production processes meet all relevant quality standards and regulations.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the implementation of quality control procedures to maintain high product standards.
  • Project Planning: Plan and oversee technical projects, including new installations, upgrades, and expansions.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for technical projects, ensuring cost-efficiency and resource optimization.
  • Timeline Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental and industrial regulations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present technical reports on production performance, project progress, and other key metrics.
  • Capacity Planning: Develop strategies for capacity expansion and optimization to meet future demand.
  • Technical Roadmap: Create a technical roadmap aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the technical cell and other departments such as production, maintenance, procurement, and sales to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to other departments, ensuring they have the necessary information and tools to perform their roles effectively.
  • Skill Development: Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs for technical staff.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Ensure effective transfer of knowledge within the team to maintain a high level of technical expertise.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of technical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources (human, technical, and material) to meet production targets.
  • Customer Relations: Interface with key customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of materials and services.
