Key Responsibilities:

• Role and Responsibility:
• Finding Vendors and getting Quotations.
• Getting samples (if required) and approval.
• Vendor negotiations. 
• Selecting Vendor and Creating P.O. 
• Vendor Coordination and Delivery Scheduling.
• Monthly Purchase Report.
• Co-ordinating with accounts department and vendors for payment release.
• Purchasing the material according to the needs and requirements of manufacturing.
• Manages all functions of purchasing and material procurement. 
• Follows up with vendors/suppliers for delivery dates and back orders. 
• Get quotations for new projects/materials from new and existing suppliers. 
• Control purchasing department budget.

Skill & Experience:

• Should have good price negotiation skills.
• Should have experience in ERP System.
• Should have good knowledge and experience in local market.
• Should have experience in purchase department
• Should Have minimum 5-15 years of Experience.
• Candidate graduated from Mechanical Background will be advantage.
