We have an opening for Sous Chef for leading Catering Service Provider company based at New Delhi.
Position - Sous Chef
Working days -6 days
Time - Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience of managing main Kitchen.
Qualification – BSc. HSC
Gender (Male / Female / Trans) – Male/Female
Work Timings – Rotational
Working Days – 6 days in a week
Work Location – Taj SATS Air Catering Delhi
Salary (Min & Max) – Best in Industry

Job Description:
- Suggest and add unique recipes to the menu.
- Ensure that the food quality is the best.
- Plan menus that are varied, nutritionally balanced, and appetizing, taking advantage of foods in season and local availability.
- Prepare ingredients for the recipes in a professional way.
- Ensure the quality and standard of the meals is maintained.
- Ensure the inventory is stocked on time.
- Manage the kitchen staff and work collaboratively.
- Manage kitchen operations on the basis of health and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive environment while working in the kitchen.
- Manage time efficiently.
- Maintain food safety standards.
- Determine meal prices, based on calculations of ingredient prices.
