Job Description:

EXP: MIN 12-15 YEAR (Prior & current experience in Steel & Power Industry) Gender – Male Salary – Negotiable for the suitable profile.

1. Recruitment/ Retention & Onboarding: - Analysis and discussion with management for manpower requirement both at site and head office. Preparation of job description and posting, Fulfilling the new positions and replacements for all levels and functions for all the level of vacancies. Salary negotiation, back ground verification, documentation, joining formalities, induction depending on the organization that’s involved complete recruitment cycle.

2. HR Operations/Personnel:- Managing the employee’s complete lifecycle, from joining to exit formalities. Operation management (Position creation, job description, Hiring, MIS of current and existing employees, Employment, appointment, promotion letter preparation, Time Management, Attendance & leave management, Payroll Processing, Confirmation, promotion/demotion and PMS). Manpower Planning.

3. Compliances:-Making Half yearly Return and Yearly Return, Renewal of Factory License and relevant all Compliances. PF, ESIC management for employees.

4. Industrial Relations & IR related issues.

5. General Administration:- File management, monitoring reception, general accounts (daily expenses, voucher checking) stationary, housekeeping, guest hospitality.

6. Compensation and Benefits:- Payroll processing. Reimbursements (Mobile, Travel), employee welfare, grievances handling, Industrial relation.

7. Exit formalities: Exit interviews and full and final settlements of employee.

8. Induction Orientation: Planning and organizing the induction to orientation and certification and kit for new joining and completing the induction to orientation and certification within 7 to 10 days.

9. MIS and Master Database: - Preparing master database of employee according to site work location. Monitoring of wage, muster roll register.

10. Performance Management System: Managing the complete performance cycle, carrying the confirmation activity after the completion of probation period. JDs, Evaluation, salary restructuring. Preparation of annual appraisal sheet with the support of HODs and applying the appropriate performance appraisal method for evaluating the employees’ performance.

11. Training and Development: (Behavioral and Tech./Functional), Training Calendar, feedback, analysis, Organizing on the job training and internal training programs.

12. Employee Engagement: Occasion celebration, events, management games, Star Performer and appreciation.

13. Contract Labor Management.

14. Correspondences Issuing various kinds of bonafide letters, warning letters, Show-cause notice etc.

15. Employee Grievance handling Counseling Grievance handling and reporting the same to the senior management.
