Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead the sales team.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain customer relationships.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and report findings.
Budget Management: Manage sales budgets and control expenses.
Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities.
Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales operations.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments.
Training: Identify training needs and conduct programs.
Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and plans.
