Job Overview:
We are a specialized firm producing cold-rolled formed metal sections for key industrial sectors,
including solar, crane, and construction. We are seeking an experienced and driven Works Manager to
oversee all plant operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety
standards. This role is critical to maintaining our high-quality standards and driving operational
excellence in a growing and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the plant, including production scheduling, process optimization, and
resource allocation.
- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all products meet company and industry quality standards through rigorous quality
control processes.
Maintenance and Equipment Management:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes.
- Familiarity with industrial automation and modern manufacturing technologies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, small-firm environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
