Job Description:

Position Title: Master Black Belt / Transformation Consultant

Industry Focus: BPS, IT, and Staffing

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Black Belt/ Master Black Belt Consultant with deep expertise in business transformation, process re-engineering, and automation projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Business Process Services (BPS), and Staffing industry (Resource Hire to Retire Cycle); US Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage. This role involves leading large-scale transformations, optimizing operational processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic goals and develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to deep dive into different business areas.
  • Create a business transformation pipeline & lead initiative, including process re-engineering and automation projects, across BPS and IT.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective process improvements.
  • Drive operational excellence by mentoring and coaching teams on Lean and Six Sigma practices, ensuring sustainable improvements and measurable outcomes.
  • Project manage and deliver end-to-end projects, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, risk management, and change management in collaborations with various teams.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify root causes, develop solutions, and oversee implementation.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Ensure alignment of process improvements with organizational KPIs and business objectives.
  • Mentor and coach CCI Resources to build internal continuous improvement capability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Six Sigma / Lean Master Black Belt Certification (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in leading transformation and re-engineering projects across BPS and Staffing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of business process management, transitioning methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Ability to drive large-scale change initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, especially within Healthcare Staffing and IT services.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
