Job Description:

- Interview with the Associate Director of Design
we require candidates to be onboarded within 15 days.

Assignment Details:
The assignment consists of two design assignments to assess your skills in layout, typography
and design sense. There are also three additional questions to test your ability to handle
situations that will be frequently encountered in your role. All the best.
TASK 1: SOCIAL MEDIA CAROUSEL DESIGN
Design a carousel for GeekyAnts’ LinkedIn.
Use the content from the GeekyAnts website Generative AI Integration page, “Our Services”
Section. You can use the heading “Our Customized AI Development Services” for the first slide.

TASK 2: COMPANY INTERNAL MAGAZINE SPREAD DESIGN
Design a two-page magazine spread for GeekyAnts’ internal magazine.
Use the content from the GeekyAnts website Fintech page. You can pick and choose important
and catchy bits of content from the entire page.

TASK 3: ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS
3.1 — What are the tools you use to allocate time for brainstorming, execution, and revisions
while juggling multiple high priority design projects? How do you go about the execution?
3.2 — You’re tasked with creating a social media poster for a meetup that has to stand out in a
crowded market, but the brand guidelines limit your creative freedom. How do you approach
this?
3.3 — If your idea or design concept is rejected by a non-designer, how do you respond and
support them while still contributing your ideas?
