About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a proven track record in leading large-scale programs. If you have 5-8 years of experience in program management, particularly in AI or emerging technologies, this is your chance to make an impact by driving innovative AI solutions in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage AI-Driven Programs: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI-driven programs, from initial conception through to successful execution and delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, product management, and business stakeholders to develop and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all AI initiatives are aligned with business objectives and customer needs, providing measurable value to the organization.
  • Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks effectively to ensure timely and successful program delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization within AI processes, driving efficiency and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and key decisions.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Program Management Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in program management, with a focus on AI or emerging technologies.
  • AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience in delivering complex AI-driven programs, with a deep understanding of AI technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
