hands-on experience in process automation, AI, RPA, and cloud solutions to help

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize end-to-end business processes across functions.
- Collaborate with teams to identify inefficiencies and implement technology driven solutions.
- Integrate BPM with automation tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Use data insights to drive continuous process improvement.
- Support the adoption of new technologies and align them with business goals.
- Provide training and guidance on BPM tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
BPM certifications (CBPP, Six Sigma)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with BPM tools like Bizagi, Pega, or IBM BPM
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Proven BPM experience with a strong focus on automation and process optimization.
- Expertise in RPA, AI, Cloud Solutions, and other automation technologies.
- Familiarity with BPMN, process modeling, and process mining tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders.
