We are hiring Quality Engineer for Manufacturing industry at Vasai
- Designation: Quality Engineer
- Experience: Min 2 years
- Location: Vasai & Goregaon
- Working days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)
- Working time: 09:30 am to 06:00 pm
- Salary: As per company norms
- Other Employee benefits: Bonus, PF, ESIC, Medical, Travelling allowance, Paid leaves etc.
- Age: up to 35 years
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and testing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and address quality issues.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Certification in quality engineering
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 3834 etc.)
- Familiarity with quality tools (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC)
- Understanding of design of experiments (DOE)
Quality Assurance Skills
- Ability to develop and implement quality plans
- Skilled in auditing and inspecting products/processes
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, OSHA, etc.)
- Knowledge of risk management and mitigation
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify and correct quality issues
- Familiarity with root cause analysis (RCA)
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with customer complaints handling
