Job Description:
Job Requirement:
- To be a key team player on data integration & Dashboard creation for the HR team.
- To be active player on tracking various key HR touchpoint trends & publishing the daily, weekly, monthly analysis on them.
- To work on various reports for various stakeholders such as internal HR team, Senior Management & various department within organization.
- To liaise with inter depending team for smooth reporting purpose.
- Support on various HR initiatives & key projects as a team member.
- Ability to create effective presentations on various HR related areas for reviews & discussions for decision making
- Also work on CHRO presentations for Board/ Business updates
Skills:
- Statistics –Proficient with hypotheses testing and statistical inferences
- Tools usage –
- Power BI and equivalent, understanding of BI models with multiple data inputs
- Excellent MS Excel skills – usage of pivot, statistical tests
- Python/R – good to have, proficient with data wrangling techniques
- Soft skills: good communication, ability to think through a problem, transforming problem into working steps
