Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at large corporate clients.
    • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored financial solutions.
    • Act as the trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling the banks products and services.
    • Develop and implement strategies to deepen client relationships and expand the bank’s footprint within the corporate sector.
    • Achieve annual revenue targets through effective management of client accounts.
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Monitor client accounts to ensure alignment with risk management policies.
    • Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to assess performance and suggest improvements.
    • Prepare and present credit proposals and risk assessments for large transactions.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product specialists, credit analysts, and operations teams to deliver timely and accurate service to clients.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between various departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting corporate clients.
    • Utilize market insights to inform business strategies and enhance client offerings.
