Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Prepare and manage sales reports, presentations, and correspondence.
    • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
    • Track sales performance metrics and report progress to management.
  2. Order and Inventory Management:

    • Process sales orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
    • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or delays to the sales team and customers.
  3. Client Communication:

    • Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information and pricing details.
    • Follow up on sales leads and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  4. Team Coordination:

    • Schedule and organize meetings, sales calls, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
    • Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  5. Sales Strategy Support:

    • Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  6. Problem Resolution:

    • Address client complaints or issues promptly, escalating them when necessary.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve order discrepancies or delays.
