Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage sales reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Track sales performance metrics and report progress to management.

Order and Inventory Management:
- Process sales orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or delays to the sales team and customers.

Client Communication:
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information and pricing details.
- Follow up on sales leads and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Team Coordination:
- Schedule and organize meetings, sales calls, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Sales Strategy Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.

Problem Resolution:
- Address client complaints or issues promptly, escalating them when necessary.
