Qualifications:
Masters/Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience & Skills:
* Strong knowledge and experience in the Human Resource field
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage recruitment, staffing, and employee relations effectively
* Knowledge of government-related compliance matters (EPF, ESIC, Labour Welfare)
* Experience in organizing employee events, training sessions, and managing employee accommodation
* Proven leadership qualities with a focus on team-building and ethical work practices
* Multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting Documents: Prepare and draft appointment letters, offer letters, and other employment-related documentation
2. Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
3. Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee-related issues, ensuring a positive and ethical work environment
4. Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to government regulations (EPF, ESIC, Labour Welfare)
5. Employee Welfare: Oversee employee accommodation, handle leave, bonus, and other HR benefits
6. Training & Development: Organize and manage employee training sessions and development programs
7. Event Management: Plan and coordinate employee engagement events and activities
8. Leadership & Guidance: Provide leadership and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive environment
Skills & Attributes:
* Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Konkani
* Leadership: Demonstrated leadership ability with good problem-solving skills
* Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect
* Cultural Awareness & Flexibility: Sensitivity to different cultural backgrounds and adaptable to various work situations

* Time Management & Multitasking: Efficient in managing time and handling multiple HR tasks simultaneously
