Job Title: Operation Shift Incharge (Coal Washery)
Job Summary:
The Operation Shift Incharge (Coal Washery) is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the coal washery plant during their designated shift. This includes managing personnel, monitoring equipment performance, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Shift Operations Management:

Oversee the entire coal washery operation during the assigned shift.

Ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning correctly.

Identify and address any operational issues promptly.

Personnel Management:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of plant operators, maintenance personnel, and other staff.

Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure that personnel are equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently.

Quality Control:

Monitor the quality of coal being processed and ensure that it meets the required standards.

Implement corrective actions to address any quality control issues.

Safety and Environmental Compliance:

Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed during the shift.

Monitor environmental compliance and report any incidents or concerns.

Equipment Maintenance:

Coordinate with maintenance personnel to schedule and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Identify and report any equipment issues or concerns.

Reporting and Communication:

Prepare and submit shift reports, highlighting any operational issues, quality control concerns, or safety incidents.
