Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • The team is responsible for drafting / designing and then disseminating SOP for Consumer Bank Liabilities division of Bank which includes all products led, tech changes, Br. Transformation & regular operations, regulatory changes across all products under Consumer Bank.   The main stakeholder / consumer of these SOP are Branch Banking staff, CEC, support functions like RCU, training, OPS, SQ, IAD etc.

 

  • Team receives the requirement for new or change in existing SOP either from stakeholders [Tech, Product, Audit etc.] or Compliance / RBI alert on regulatory circular rollout.

 

  • Basis the requirement, team member assess the change / interpret the direction stated in reg circular and then designs the draft approach and seeks an in principle sign off from all stakeholders involved in implementation

 

  • Process manager is required to co-ordinate with all stakeholders to seek sign off on approach & once the principle document is signed off , process manager will amend / create SOP and circulate the same for approval

 

  • Once SOP is reviewed / approved by all stakeholders, the same is disseminated to channel – Branch / CEC for implementation + other stakeholders like RCU, IAD, SQ, Training for handholding and ensuring adherence
