Safety Site Supervisor cum Execution Engineer

 Manage multiple sites on the Phone & take follow up with Labour Contractors for work status
 Inform & keep client updated about the work status
 Fill out basic Site Paperwork – Daily Work Permit; Tools Checklist; Safety Checklist
 Before Work Start – Site Assessment Format; Making the Pre-work Measurement Sheet & Material Production Quantity after Order Finalisation
 During the work – Track Site Progress & Update in the client group; Submit & do on-site billing of Material & Labour Bills – Backoffice support will be provided for all sorts of paperwork
 After the Work Completion - Getting the Measurement Sheet Certified; Submit balance billing to client; Make corresponding Labour Contractor Bills
 Require the person to be a Team Player & Manage multiple sites using taking Follow up on phone
 Strong & Effective Communication Skills along with Patience are a must for this Job

Requirements
 Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce – Minimum 70% [Mandatory]
 Any form of Safety Qualification – Diploma or Degree Course – To be approved by Respective Site
 Willing to travel for Field Work
 Fluency in Verbal and Written English & Hindi
 Experience of 2-4+ Years – Construction Industry; Site Safety Supervisor
 Know how to use basic apps like Adobe Scan; Google Maps; Client Quality Apps & Fill out basic site paperwork
