Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce – Minimum 70% [Mandatory]
Willing to travel for Field Work Fluency in Verbal and Written English & Hindi
Experience of 2-4+ Years – Construction Industry; Site Safety Supervisor
Know how to use basic apps like Adobe Scan; Google Maps; Client Quality Apps & Fill out basic site paperwork
Job Description
Identify new opportunities and leads through Personal Contacts and follow-up with the prospects in a timely and systematic manner
Existing Calling Leads will be given by us
From Initial Enquiry – Quotation & Negotiation – Material Delivery – On-site execution & Final Payment Follow up => All shall be in Employee scope of Work
Co-ordinate with the office and act as an intermediary between Client and Office
Build deep and active relationships with key decision-makers at the customer level
This position requires the ability to act independently and to take initiative with supervision from manager
Target Audience – Real Estate Builders & Construction Companies
Field Work full time required
